Very nice and cools well. Perfect size for our 6 kg Tibetan spaniel. Good with velcro so the circumference is adjustable.

I don't think it cools very much. But I haven't tested it on myself. ;) fits incredibly well I must say does not hang but follows tightly to the neck. And is really good looking.
