According to the carpenter, the screws provided were too short even though my door is 70mm. Our cat hasn't quite figured out how to use the door.

Works as it should, the only thing I can complain about is that it is not very well insulated so it draws a lot of cold from it. Good thing it's regular AA batteries instead of cubic fire alarm batteries.

Works great! As long as you make sure to program the chips from the right direction. It was not entirely clear in the accompanying description. But there are good instructional videos if you search the internet.

Brilliant invention ?

Have had a similar or possibly similar a number of years ago. It was difficult for the cat to open because he had to get so close to the chip for it to work, like walking with the neck first against the door. But not at all the same problem with this one,

Our previous SureFlap Cat Flap with Microchip lasted for about 8 years without problems. Hoping for a long life for this one too.

Good product: quiet, easy magnet to push for the cat, quick to close, 3 years warranty. Disadvantage: 4 AA battery not included, no chips included.

Difficult to assemble, provided through screws are not good. Better to remove the entire front and separately screw on the inner and outer sides. Unclear programming.

Haven't seen the function yet but assume it's ok. Will read the chip in the neck... The mounting was a bit tricky which should be solved in a better way. The fit against the cover frame on the outside was also not perfect.

Works great super satisfied. We should have put it 5 cm higher. Our hatch/frame with chip reader measures 29.9 cm from the floor and would have been better with 35 cm

Got me a shock at how long the tunnel was and that it can't be removed, they will probably work fine anyway but I would have liked more pictures of different angles of it. I will have it for indoor use.

No problem to install and get working. Unfortunately no Swedish manual but the English one worked well with good sketches.

Great hatch, but unfortunately too small for my Felix. Problems getting the butt through. Big plus that it separates in and out so you prevent the wrong cat getting out but at the same time getting in if it escapes out another way.

How wonderful to have a cat flap that just lets our three cats in! We did get another cat in from time to time who messed with our cats. This one works like a charm!

Works great! If you put it in a door that has a metal plate inside the door, you have to make a bigger hole so that it doesn't interfere with the chip. Buy a mounting adapter and it will work fine!

Easy to program and install. However, it doesn't hurt to have a jig for drills to be able to drill completely perpendicular to the surface of the door for the through screws.
