Works as expected, have had one before where we had problems with battery consumption after a while, the batteries only lasted two weeks. Hope this hatch can handle what is promised, that the batteries will last six months.

I bought for a cat. The cat flap itself seems to work well but the door I chose to put it in (the front door) had metal in it which made it difficult to cut and install. We had to remove and redo. Saw a bigger hole in the door and then it worked fine. W

Great hatch, works perfectly. The only negative would be that the sound that clicks when it opens is quite loud.

Perfect hatch, feels solid

Have three cats, one of which needs special food. Put the cat flap in the side of a toy box so that the other cats can go in and eat their food whenever they want. One of the cats immediately learned to go in and out, but the other takes a little longer.

Super happy. Both cats learned within a few days. Wonderful freedom for both them and me. But I missed that there was a thin sheet of metal on the outside of the door so it interfered with the chip reading so had to buy a metal door insert afterwards

Sureflap pet door is the best thing we have got for our Svensson since we bought Cat Doorbell! Now we don't have to worry that he didn't get in before we left for work and it's freezing outside - no one will open the door when he's pinging with his Cat D

Easy to program the chip. A bit more fiddly to install the door, getting the screws on one side to come through and end up just right in the threaded holes on the other side of the door. But the hatch seems to work, our cat gets in but the neighbour's cat

Good instructions, fairly easy to assemble, easy to program chips into our 2 ragdolls but harder to teach the cats that they can go in and out whenever they want.

Works perfectly and fast delivery.

Surprisingly easy to set up and install. Works great. My cat is a gentleman of 10kg without being particularly fluffy and for him the biggest gap is just so that it works well.

Missing Swedish information in the magazine. Otherwise it was great with the new cover.
