The lid was too difficult for me as a rheumatic to open. Needed "pen finger grip" unfortunately to open. Went on return.

So funny! Now she runs to her feeder when the bell rings. And as a bonus, she doesn't beg at the dinner table anymore. Easier to give solid meals, i.e. 4 times a day.

Convenient automatic feeder. A little difficult to open and the numbers are a little blurry for where to put the food but you learn after a while. As someone wrote before, the machine jumps a bit when it spins around to get the food out so there is always

The shift to the next feed door is a little too hasty and causes the food to splash out onto the machine and floor.

All good, but there should be some higher edges in the compartments. Some dry food flies out onto the floor when the tray is rotated.

It works for what it's supposed to, but there's a lot of pressure when it changes compartments. Some food ends up outside.

Great product, only downside is that some food flies out when it feeds a meal.
